Our Birthday Party Package:

The Package

• Cost: $750

• 1.5 hour party time

• Up to 15 children (not including the birthday child!)

• 2 dedicated Art Cafe team members to facilitate the party

• 2 immersive art activities for all guests, customized to your theme

• 1 piece of custom artwork for all guests to take home

• 2 large pizzas from Outta Hand Pizza and 15 water bottles

• Private use of the spacious Art Cafe studio

• On your party day:

  • You arrive up to 30 minutes early for final touches

  • 1 hour of creative play

  • 30 minutes of cake, food, and celebration

• Additional 30 minutes +$125

• Additional children (per child) +$30

• Outta Hand large pizza pie (up to 2 toppings) +$23

• Customized photo & video backdrop +$25

• Open coffee bar (1 hour) +$250

• Complete decoration set: table cloths, plates, cutlery, napkins, and themed decorations +$35

• Custom themed goodie bags ($7 per child) +$7

• Photographer (30 minutes) +$250

• Art Cafe parties are hosted on Saturdays and Sundays

• Party times slots are 11AM and 3PM on Saturdays and Sundays

Scheduling

• Once you submit the booking form, the Art Cafe team will reach out to confirm party details, including your theme activities

• We will send you a proposal + invoice, and you can book your party!
